1. Purpose

These terms of use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website creatinov.com (the "Website"), published by ORIXO L.L.C. under the Creatinov brand (see legal notice).

By browsing the Website, the user accepts these Terms without reservation. Users who do not accept them must stop using the Website.

2. Access to the website

The Website is accessible free of charge, 24/7, to any user with Internet access. Network access costs (hardware, software, connection) remain the user's responsibility.

The publisher reserves the right to suspend, interrupt or restrict access to all or part of the Website, in particular for maintenance purposes, without prior notice or compensation.

3. Services presented

The Website presents the services offered under the Creatinov brand: website design, search engine optimization (SEO) and generative engine optimization (GEO), digital marketing and business process automation using artificial intelligence.

The information and prices displayed ("from") are indicative and do not constitute a contractual offer. Each service is subject to a personalized quote; only the conditions stated in the quote and any specific terms bind the parties.

4. Quotes, orders and payment

• Work begins only after written acceptance of a quote by the client.
• Unless otherwise stated in the quote, a deposit may be required before work starts.
• Recurring services (SEO, maintenance, campaigns) are invoiced monthly according to the terms agreed in the quote.
• Invoices are payable by the due date stated on them; late payment may result in suspension of ongoing services.

5. User obligations

The user agrees to:

• use the Website in accordance with its purpose and applicable regulations;
• refrain from fraudulently accessing the Website, disrupting its operation or extracting its content in an automated manner;
• provide accurate information when using the contact form.

6. Intellectual property

The Website's content (texts, visuals, logos, code, structure) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written consent is prohibited (see the dedicated section of the legal notice).

Unless otherwise stated in the quote, deliverables designed for a client are transferred to the client upon full payment, excluding Creatinov's generic tools, methods and know-how, which remain its property.

7. Liability

The publisher makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published and the availability of the Website, without being bound by an obligation of result. It cannot be held liable for:

• interruptions, malfunctions or unavailability of the Website;
• damages resulting from the use of the Website or the inability to use it;
• the content of third-party websites accessible via hyperlinks, including client websites presented as portfolio work.

Regarding SEO/GEO and advertising services, Creatinov is bound by an obligation of means: no ranking, traffic volume or citation rate in search engines or AI assistants can be guaranteed, as these platforms evolve independently of its will.

8. Personal data

The processing of personal data carried out through the Website is described in the privacy policy.

9. Changes to the Terms

The publisher may modify these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one online on the date the Website is used. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory provisions applicable to the user. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts.

In accordance with articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers may use a consumer mediation service free of charge with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute.
